Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

In most cases, will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days – not including weekends or holidays. Expedited orders received and processed before 2pm UTC (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays will ship that same day*. Please note: No weekend delivery is available. Expedited orders received after 2pm EST, Saturday or Sunday, or during a holiday will be shipped out the next business day*. *Our team strives to ship orders out as quickly as possible, but due to occasional high volumes, this turnaround may be delayed. We will do our best to contact any customer whose expedited request cannot be shipped in the time stated above.

Returns

To return your product, you should send your product to: Daisy Vending, 58 Salmon Parade, Bridgwater, TA6 5JT.

Faulty Goods or Items which arrive damaged must be notified within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. If we require the item(s) returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage for which you will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the dispatching post office.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods Must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. We can not accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods. Therefore it is advisable that a proof of postage is obtained, should the goods fail to reach us, this will aid in any claim you may wish to make with your chosen courier. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition, less the original postage charge(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or****@da**********.com .

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or****@da**********.com .
